Meet Christa BAUER (DOHMEN), The nurture Engineer 

Hello! I'm Christa, better known as The Nurture Engineer. My path is a distinctive blend of chemical engineering, theology, Montessori education, and entrepreneurial ventures. From manufacturing human insulin as a Chemical Engineer to guiding young minds ages 2 to 6 through Montessori education and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, my journey has been diverse and enriching. With degrees and experiences that span across countries, states, and roles - from being a school principal to a founder of a Catholic Montessori school to establishing multiple atria - I bring a unique perspective to supporting busy parents of young children.

My passion is rooted in leveraging this eclectic mix of knowledge to cultivate joy, responsibility, and focus in children, while deepening their love for the Lord. This shift in my career trajectory, fueled by my volunteering at Mother Teresa’s orphanages and a deep love for the Catholic Faith, was driven by an understanding of the crucial impact of early childhood education on character formation.

As The Nurture Engineer, I am dedicated to assisting parents in creating effective routines and strategies that unlock their child's fullest potential, integrating Catholic values with Montessori principles. My transformation from a Chemical Engineer to an advocate for holistic child development has been enlightening, and I am now wholeheartedly committed to using my expertise and experiences to positively influence families.
